OUR STORY
Grey Beard's Smoke Shack was born from a simple love of fire and food. What started as backyard cookouts for family and friends grew into something much bigger - a mobile wood-fired kitchen bringing authentic BBQ to the community.
We believe that the best food comes from patience, quality ingredients, and the timeless tradition of cooking over real wood fire. Every cut of meat is hand-selected, every rub is house-made, and every dish is smoked low and slow until it reaches perfection.
