Grey Beard's Smoke Shack offers BBQ catering packages starting at $30 per person for our Regular tier (1 protein + 2 sides), $35 for Medium (2 proteins + 3 sides), and $42 for Large (3 proteins + 3 sides). Brisket adds $5 per plate.

We cater weddings, corporate events, private parties, family reunions, graduation parties, and multi-day events. We can serve groups from 25 to 500+ guests.

Our wood-fired menu includes Tri Tip, Pork Ribs, Beef Ribs, Chicken Thighs, Turkey Breast, Pulled Pork, and premium Brisket. We also offer whole animal cooking and Brazilian-style Churrasco.

How far in advance should I book BBQ catering?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for most events, and 2-3 months ahead for weddings and large corporate events during peak season (May-October).
